			It is usual practise for clients to settle accounts on departure. Subject to prior arrangement, hotel accounts may be sent to companies for settlement
		Bookings are always made on a guaranteed basis, the hotel will hold the room all night for you, failure to take up the accommodation could involve you in non-arrivals charges. Therefore, no voucher can be sent out without a company or guest credit card number.
